FOOD & BEVERAGE WAITING STAFF

Salary: Competitive

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager

Hours of work: Full-time, Part-time and casual hours available, including weekends.

We currently have vacancies for waiting staff at Northumberland’s only 4 AA red star hotel working in the 2 AA rosette George Runciman Restaurant. Successful applicants must have excellent customer service skills. Previous experience preferred though full training will be given. Own transport is required.

SOUS CHEF

At Doxford Hall, we have a fabulous opportunity for a talented individual. We are seeking an ambitious, passionate sous chef to join our team of chefs. Working at a 2 AA rosette level you will report direct to the Head chef and assist him in all aspects of kitchen management, menu design and the day to day running of the kitchen.

You will demonstrate a flair and precision in your cooking as well as a good understanding of Hygiene and profitability. You will work closely with the head chef to train and develop junior team members, source the finest local produce and maintain a happy, productive work environment.
